My house’s main cables on the electrical panel are too narrow to use standard 200A sensors. So I bought a pair of thin 200A clamp and they work well.

I try to make use of the spare 200A sensors with a pair of 3.5mm female to 2.5mm male jack adapters. After plugged them to port 1-16 and taped the clamps to two known load wires, I got some power readings. But found that these numbers are much smaller than what should be. I figured that this is caused by different specifications between 50A sensor and 200A sensor, and tried to adjust with a Multiplier of 4.22. Then I got consistent correct power readings.

      My questions:

      Is my thoughts correct?
Can we use the 200A sensor on port 1-16 like this?

      Thanks.
