Upgrade to monthly peak hourly demand

  Two requests/suggestions:
  
  1. If we select a power plan from OnepEI, could we see a maximum for both on-peak/off-peak?
  
  2. Could we specify the time interval? For example, our local utility (SRP in Arizona) bases rates on half-hour maximum during on-peak times.
