Vue: rejoin success, disconnect

I have a Vue. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084T6HGNR/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza

 

It pairs and works great for about approximately one month it disconnects, and then I must call PGE to reconnect.

They have told me this is relatively rare, try power cycle, ensure good wifi, all of this checks out.

Also PGE said their systems displays a few log message “rejoin success” multiple times a day.

Any ideas on causes or suggestions to resolve?
