My electrical panel does not have a good place to install the Main Service sensors (unless I put them inside the meter section). However I do have SCE service that supports the Vue Utility Connect.
Can I install the Energy Monitor without the main sensors, and use the Utility Connect to report the service data? I would install the circuit sensors and smart plugs to break down the data.
Hello @OrrinC you sure can install the Gen 2 Vue without the main sensors installed. You can also use the Vue Utility Connect to measure the total home power.
