November 17, 2023 at 2:08 am in reply to: Install with flexible sensors, subpanels and a separate enclosure #10002 Report AbuseemporiacsEmporia StaffThanks for sharing! Let us know if you have any questions.
emporiacsEmporia StaffThanks for brining this to our attention, our development team was not aware of this issue and they are working on a fix.
emporiacsEmporia StaffFor your case, best thing would be to run a WiFi reset (don’t forget to create a heavy load event so the sensors can get calibrated) and see it if fixed the issue. If it does not, please give us a few more days, we are investigating a few devices that are showing real power higher than apparent.

emporiacsEmporia StaffHi Jr,
As just one example, voltage display has been a top request among our users. We’ve been working on it and will be able display voltage in the app in the next generation of our Vue energy monitors.
Thank you for your feedback. We make note of all the requests we see and have lots of cool updates in the works. Thanks for your patience and stay tuned.

November 13, 2023 at 10:29 pm in reply to: Need help/advice regarding erratic values #9988 Report AbuseemporiacsEmporia StaffAt very low usage amounts (< 20W), can be a bit tricky for the sensor to capture that 100% correctly.
In most situations its fine down to 5W (and even lower), but it can depend.
In the screenshot you can see the device trying to distinguish low usage from “noise.”
November 9, 2023 at 6:50 pm in reply to: Vue utility connect won’t stay connected #9980 Report AbuseemporiacsEmporia StaffHi,
We understand your frustration. We apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your patience as the team works on this.
To help bring you to a solution as soon as possible, please check to see if your utility connect is already running the latest firmware version, which is 464: https://help.emporiaenergy.com/hc/en-us/articles/10410904321815-Firmware-Updates
With that information in tow, please contact us directly (info below for phone, email, and chat) so we can help you more specifically with your case (reference this thread, please).
If it’s a few updates below that, we can advance it to the latest firmware for you. This, in some cases, resolves the issue albeit sometimes you’ll still need to call the utility company to reprovision for the data to come back and be totally set.
