    I contacted support, they are sending me a new one. I think they only put one on the order rather than the two that are now dead.

    I just had the exact same thing happen to me as well. Power went out for about 10 minutes in the middle of the night and I got woken up by the beeping of a device that was plugged into a smart plug due the the rapid power cycling. Didn’t notice the other one until I got up this morning and noticed that another one was also offline. I wonder if there’s a way to get these reset or if they are bricks now.
