I love the Emporia Smart Outlets, but only for their energy monitoring abilities. Being able to see circuit draw further broken down by individual outlets or devices is very helpful.
But without Homekit support, the outlets are just that, outlets with energy monitoring, they’re useless as smart outlets.
I have smart outlets from Kasa that work with homekit, i can schedule things like ‘when i wake up, turn on my space heater.’
