Correct, I was not consuming 4.3 KW in my balance. I have talked to support and they did not have an answer for me. They have reviewed my install, everything showed it was installed properly. I was hoping that someone on here might have another solution. From my historical data, it looks like the calculation formula in the app can not generate a percentage over 199%.
