I tried that but it remembered all of my data and filled it in automatically. I’ve asked EE how to do a factory reset.

I originally installed them correctly, then tried reversing them, then I put them back to the correct direction (K to panels, L to breaker). I did have the panel breaker switched off when I installed. I also tried to “fix” it by turning the breaker off and then reinstalling the panel in the app via Menu -> Device Management -> Main Panel -> Reset WiFi / Solar Setup.

You are at least confirming that what I am seeing is not normal? There doesn’t seem to be a document that describes what things should look like when everything is working properly.

Thanks for your help on this.

I can add to this request. My power company is NS Power (owned by Emera Corp.) in Nova Scotia, Canada. Their time-of-day rate schedule is:

    NS Power ToD rates

    H: 19.961 ¢/kWh (high rate)
    M: 15.603 ¢/kWh (medium)
    L: 8.676 ¢/kWh (low rate

    Mar–Nov (Spring/Summer/Fall—9 mo)

Hour M Tu W Th F Sa Su
    07-23 M M M M M L L
    23-07 L L L L L L L

    Dec–Feb (Winter—3 mo)

Hour M Tu W Th F Sa Su
    07-12 H H H H H L L
    12-16 M M M M M L L
    16-23 H H H H H L L
    23-07 L L L L L L L

This will give you one data point for the complexity of supporting time-of-day rates. Unless this is implemented I cannot get accurate billing.

    Thanks for your consideration.
