Yes, this would be really great if I can customize where my month starts and ends to sync with my utility bill. My bill starts at 10th of every month.

Are you saying that if I want to add more sensor to my main load panel, I need to get another base model and expansion pack? That’s a lot of clamps and wires. I don’t think there is enough space for all the wiring. It was already quite difficult to put the big clamps on my service mains (due to clamp size and positions of service main cables). I don’t think I can put another pair of big clamps on the service mains though. There is literally no space there anymore.

Are you trying to reset data on a particular circuit from a 50A sensor (expansion pack)?

I saw the “Reset Vue” option, but I didn’t try it. It sounds like it will reset and delete everything (all data from individual circuits).

Yes, if you have a dual pole circuit, you put one 50A sensor on one of the legs and then set multiplier to 2 in the app to correctly measure the watts used by the stove.

    I would love this feature.

I’ve removed the 50A sensor clamp from my solar circuit. Those overstated 200 watts being reported from the solar circuit at night is too big of an error for me to keep using the sensor on it. I need additional sensors anyway. Those 8 sensors got used pretty quickly, and I am not even 100% covered yet on all my circuits.

Until Emporia provides an updated hardware or software fix, I won’t be using the 50A sensor from the expansion kit on the solar circuit. At least the big clamps on the two mains are bidirectional. So not all is lost. I will report back how accurate they are in reporting the net metering after a few months.

Thanks. I added a minus sign to the multiplier field (-2). The circuit is now reporting negative watts for solar production.

So how can I correct those overstated 200 watts reported in the app? Does it mean that the numbers reported in the app for solar production is not accurate?
