problem that is in the WEB PC App which BTW works fine on the Cell Phone APP.
No one seems to be interested in looking into the WEB App for an obvious Bug.
Should have gone another route.

single circuit CT readings are added up (CT1+CT2+CT3… etc)=(Y). Then
the EMP takes X and Y and finds the delta (difference + or -) and shows
that on the Balance line.
Had the same problem with about 50-60 Watts Balance showing. This only
seemed to happen when one or both of my shop heaters turned on.
I went into manage circuits and dropped my 2 heater voltages to read
1.98 instead of 2.00. This solved my problem.

You can then build your own cables to any length.
Another solution would be looking at AliExpress.

MemberYou can put as many different circuits through a CT as will fit of the same Voltage 120VAC 240VAC
It will show the total readings of all those circuits but not idividually.

MemberSimilar problem here… Old Farm house with Packed Panels.
I decided to install the Current Clamps in the Panels and run the
Clamp wires outside the panel where I also installed the Emporia
Control box.

new guy on the bock just saying Hi… Just registered. I’m in Quebec Canada and
have two Emporia systems…. One 16 Channel for the home and an 8 Channel for the
Shop. I bought these systems to get a long term base measurement of present Energy
usage before installing some 24K BTU Heat Pumps and an on demand 18KWH water
heater.
So far I’m quite happy with my EMP systems being able to see my Energy usage
on my Phone and my computers.

the time registered. After clicking on a Circuit (in Seconds) and the page goes to the
Graph page… Look at the top right of the screen to see the present time. We just did
a Daylight saving time and my time shows 1 hour later than real time. That posted
time will not arrive for another hour. Scrolling backwards in time on that page will
get you to the real time and you can see some data…. BUT it will not actual time
increment. There is a bug in the PC App. My Phone App works correctly.
