Just got my first notification since March 14. Cautiously optimistic.
smellslikeMIMemberI ended up reaching out to support via chat two days ago. The tech recommended setting up new alerts, which I did. That did not work. I also requested the latest firmware be pushed to my devices. He said it would be pushed out to me overnight, but it’s been 2 nights and the firmware hasn’t updated yet.
I also received a reply from my initial support request and they confirmed they’re aware of the situation now. Here’s the response:
Very sorry you’re running into this issue at the moment. We think there might be a small bug in the system preventing notifications from being delivered at the moment, so dev team is investigating further. I’ll follow up via email once I get a response back from them. Thanks!smellslikeMIMemberThe last notification I received was on March 14, android. However, the platform isn’t important because notifications aren’t showing up in the webapp either. I have 2 Vue2 systems installed on the same account and neither one is logging notifications. I power cycled them and they’re still not sending notifications. I also noticed that my firmware version on both is 266. The current firmware version is 313 according to a post by emporia. As far as I know, I’ve never received an OTA update. I submitted a trouble ticket to emporia yesterday, so hopefully I’ll hear back soon.
smellslikeMIMemberI’m interested in this feature, as well. I have the same scenario as the OP, running a backup generator.

smellslikeMIMemberI am still eagerly awaiting IFTTT integration as well. Either do it or let us know that it’s off the table so we can move forward with different hardware.
smellslikeMIMemberI agree with @maximillianc (but am unable to reply directly to his comment above regarding IFTTT and smart plugs). I only bought this system because I wasn’t happy with the Sense energy monitor and I noticed that emporia had IFTTT on their roadmap. There are probably a lot of customers like me who use this to monitor critical systems like sump pumps and well pumps. I actually bought 2 separate systems. One for my house and one on my barn. I wanted to set this system up to call my phone if any of my pumps ran beyond a certain time threshold, which would indicate a failure of some sort.

smellslikeMIMemberIFTTT integration is critical for those of us who wish to be able to receive notifications other than mobile push. I need to be able to receive middle of the night phone calls to alert me when my sump pumps or well pump are excessively running in order to prevent flooding or a pump motor burning out.
